Cancellation Policy
* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 40% of the scheduled service.
* No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require payment before booking future appointments.
* Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule or have their appointment adjusted based on the remaining time available.
* Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
